THE COMPANY
This position will support a Portfolio of Volaris Group. Our operating companies provide mission-critical software and technology solutions to several vertical markets. Volaris seeks out long term investment opportunities in companies, technologies or ideas that add value to existing core markets or allow entry into new ones.

Job Description:

THE POSITION

You will help to drive our acquisition activities in several industries globally by sourcing and supporting acquisitions of vertical-market-software companies by:

  • Cleansing, validating, and compiling prospect data in Salesforce database from multiple sources
  • Conducting market research to identify and map out potentially attractive markets to pursue and software companies to acquire.
  • Obtaining high-level financial and operational information about target companies.
  • Research organizations, advisory groups, and trade conferences
  • Supporting the larger team on other business development related projects and with ad-hoc analysis
