The role involves capturing and defining business needs, conducting preliminary
analyses (expected benefits, value, impacts, scope), and formulating
recommendations to inform decision-making regarding the initiative roadmap. The

experience

architecture experience in a transformation program environment
- Bachelor's degree in an
appropriate discipline

and high-level analysis (benefits, value, impacts, scope)

architecture deliverables in Enterprise Architect or an equivalent modeling
tool
- Understanding of the
organizational context and business strategies

- Knowledge of the insurance
industry
