management and communication technology processes across the provincial health
sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support
information system implementation projects
- Perform
business analysis and process mapping activities
- Document
customer/business requirements
- Identify
business capability gaps
- Analyze
healthcare service delivery processes
- Work with
clinical stakeholders
- Develop
project scope, project plans, and schedules
- Map and
analyze ITIL-based healthcare processes and performance metrics
- Deliver
end-user training and create training materials
- Work with
Altera Sunrise healthcare solutions
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements
- Valid PRINCE2
Foundation or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification
- Degree,
Diploma, or Certification in Business Analysis
Preferred / Scored Certifications
- Valid Prosci
Certification
- Valid ITIL
Foundation or ITIL Practitioner certification
Experience Requirements
- 10+ years of
experience in analyst roles supporting information system implementation
projects
- Strong
experience in process mapping and business process analysis
- Experience
documenting customer requirements and business processes
- Ability to
identify business capability gaps
- Minimum 2
project examples from acute care environments
- 6+ years of
healthcare project implementation experience
- Experience
analyzing healthcare service delivery processes
- Experience
working with clinical stakeholders
- 3+ years of
project management or project lead experience
- Experience
developing project scope documents, project plans, and schedules
- 2+ years of
healthcare process mapping and analysis within an ITIL environment
- Experience
working with performance metrics and service delivery analysis
- 5+ years
supporting information system training initiatives
- Experience
delivering end-user training
- Experience
developing training materials and user documentation
- 4+ years of
experience with the Altera Sunrise suite of solutions in a healthcare
environment
