Presents solutions, manages requirements traceability, and evaluates solution effectiveness. Requires a bachelor’s degree, 5–8 years of business analysis experience, and Agile program experience.

Requirements
Required knowledge and skills:
- Bachelor's degree
- ESSENTIAL: 5 to 8 years of experience in a business analyst
role
- ESSENTIAL: Experience working within an Agile program
- Business analysis certification, CBAP, or PMI-PBA an asset
- Knowledge of the banking and financial industry an asset
