Reporting to the Master Data Manager, the Master Data Business Analyst acts as a subject matter expert in data management. The role supports operational processes and users across various systems. Leveraging strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the Business Analyst actively contributes to maintaining data integrity and supporting the ongoing governance of Agropur’s data processes.

Your role in achieving results:
- Act as a subject matter expert for systems and processes in multidisciplinary projects and day-to-day operations;
- Perform the daily creation, update, and validation of data;
- Analyze data from various systems and reports;
- Ensure data integrity by identifying and resolving discrepancies between systems;
- Implement necessary corrections in alignment with established business rules and processes;
- Support enhancement requests and incident resolution;
- Provide support to various operational teams;
- Identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement;
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (operations, IT, project teams) and external partners (consultants, vendors).
What we are looking for to deliver these results:
- Bachelor’s degree in in Information Technology, Administration, or a related field required;
- Curiosity for processes and emerging technologies;
- Knowledge of Oracle systems would be a strong asset;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and initiative-taking skills;
- Ability to thrive in a complex and evolving environment;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word);
- Bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written, is required.
