*Please, submit your resumé in English*What is the purpuse of this role?As part of the Process Solutions team within Global Program, this role is responsible for driving continuous improvement across country offices and Frontline Church Partners (FCPs) by analyzing business needs, identifying root causes, and translating operational challenges into effective process and technology solutions. The Business Analyst III partners with stakeholders across global and regional teams to define requirements, facilitate alignment, and support initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and organizational impact. - Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and model Compassion’s Christian values through daily interactions, service, and prayer support for the ministry.
- Promote and uphold Compassion’s child protection standards by integrating safeguarding principles into all activities and reporting any concerns related to child abuse, neglect, or exploitation.
- Partner with stakeholders, business owners, and decision-makers to understand business needs, identify root causes, gather requirements, and define effective process and technology solutions.
- Analyze business processes, systems, policies, and organizational initiatives to identify opportunities for efficiency, standardization, and service improvement across Country Offices and Frontline Church Partners (FCPs).
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, evaluate performance, validate findings, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop business cases, requirements documentation, process maps, analysis plans, and recommendations that support operational improvements and successful change implementation.
- Facilitate discussions and alignment among business, operational, and technology teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements, priorities, and proposed solutions.
- Evaluate, prioritize, and manage a portfolio of business improvement requests and process enhancement initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and objectives.
- Lead and coordinate projects and improvement initiatives from assessment through implementation, including stakeholder management, communications, timelines, risk tracking, and progress reporting.
- Collaborate with global, regional, and cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable process, technology, and organizational improvements.
- Maintain and enhance process documentation, workflows, process maps, and knowledge repositories to ensure organizational knowledge remains accurate and accessible.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives, including process optimization efforts and strategic transformation projects.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and business analysis expertise to colleagues and stakeholders, promoting best practices and effective problem-solving methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Information Systems, Project Management, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency is requiered.
- Fluent Spanish proficiency is required.
- Experience in business analysis, process improvement, project coordination, or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and translating business needs into process or technology solutions.
- Ability to manage complex processes, multiple priorities, and large volumes of information.
- Experience facilitating discussions and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to achieve alignment and drive results.
- Strong business writing skills, including process documentation, process mapping, and recommendations.
- Experience supporting organizational change or technology-related initiatives.
- Experience with process-mapping tools such as Miro, Visio, or similar platforms (preferred).
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Compassion Connect, or other enterprise systems (preferred).
- Experience working in a Compassion National Office, Frontline Church Partner (FCP), or similar ministry environment within the LAC region (preferred).
