- Manage and coordinate business activities and growth in a geographic region and/or vertical.
- Achieve sales targets to meet the overall goals of the business.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with retailers and 3PL/4PL, understand their needs and to ensure increase renewal revenue.
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts, from onboarding to ongoing status.
- Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. You will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience.
- Communicate well and clearly, taking the time to understand user feedback and incorporate into recommendations and requirements while managing expectations with respect to go live dates and other key timelines.
- Actively work with client for escalations, follow up, and overall project management.
- Document and track project progress, deliverables. Also provide updates and guidelines to clients and team members.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with all internal teams to drive towards excellence and results for your clients. (B2B agents, ops)
- A minimum 5 years' experience in logistics, or third-party brokerage or light asset-based company including delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Experience with Asian clients.
- English mandatory, Preferred mandarin, French an asset.
- Flexibility and ability to travel and meet with customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Excellent negotiating, problem-solving and closing skills
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and measured manner.
