POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Brand Intern, you will be working closely with the Brand Manager to deliver brand and media assets required for the launch of wireless. Working on a project of this scale is truly a once in a lifetime opportunity. You will be working in an agile environment therefore working closely with cross functional teams. The Brand Intern is also expected to become a brand ambassador within the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in the creation of advertising concepts and their deployment on the company's various platforms (website, retail, social media, etc.) and paid media plans (inserts, newspapers, channel grids, magazines, social media, etc.).

Contribute to briefing our stakeholders on our CBM and advertising campaigns.

Follow the brand book & guidelines and ensure all assets produced adhere to those guidelines.

Be an active member of the team by contributing to the prioritization meetings and collaborating closely with the other squad members.

Write, review and translate copy.

Work with the creative and media agencies as well as with our internal team of graphic designers.

Manage the Jira board and tickets for all incoming brand requests.

Be a brand ambassador.

Support the brand manager in day to day tasks.

Perform all other related tasks.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
ACADEMIC TRAINING

Current enrollment in an undergraduate course for marketing, communications, or in a similar field.
QUALIFICATIONS

Strong desire to learn with professional drive

Passion for marketing and interest for branding and media trends and best practices

Bilingualism (English/French), oral and written is expected. The employee will collaborate with stakeholders outside of Quebec.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Great attention to detail when developing and reviewing copy and creative executions

Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

Sense of creativity

Team player

Experience working in a telecommunication company is an asset
