As our Brand Designer, you won’t just create assets - you’ll define and evolve how Poka shows up across the world. From global manufacturing leaders to top-tier tech talent, you’ll craft a brand experience that’s clear, confident, and cohesive at every touchpoint.
This role sits at the intersection of design, marketing, sales, product, and HR. You’ll own the visual evolution of two distinct (but connected) brands: Poka the product and Poka the employer - ensuring our story resonates equally with plant managers and product managers.
What you’ll be doing- Evolve and maintain Poka’s dual brand identities, balancing customer-facing and employer-brand needs
- Design high-impact slide decks for product launches, sales enablement, leadership presentations, and recruiting events
- Design and iterate on website pages that support customer acquisition and talent attraction
- Collaborate with marketing to create engaging LinkedIn campaigns and digital brand moments
- Translate product features and updates into compelling visual narratives for customer communications
- Partner with product design to ensure brand consistency from marketing materials to in-product experiences
- Support sales and marketing campaigns with creative assets for events, webinars, and customer touchpoints
- Work with HR to develop employer brand materials for recruitment, onboarding, and culture initiatives
- Establish and document brand guidelines, templates, and scalable design systems
- Manage multiple stakeholders and projects while maintaining a high bar for quality and consistency
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in brand, visual, or marketing design
- A strong portfolio showcasing brand systems, digital design, and campaign work
- Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience designing for B2B audiences and employer branding initiatives
- A strong understanding of design systems and scalable template creation
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally
- Excellent written and spoken English and French
- Experience evolving or refreshing brand identities while maintaining continuity
- Motion design or animation skills for social and digital campaigns
- Confidence in presenting design decisions and storytelling to non-design stakeholders
- Comfort in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- Curiosity about manufacturing and industrial environments
- Experience designing release notes or product update communications
- A systems-thinking mindset that creates frameworks, not just assets
- A highly collaborative approach across product, marketing, sales, and HR
