The Brand Designer at Maropost is responsible for creating and maintaining a consistent, compelling visual identity across all digital and offline channels. This role designs marketing materials, web and social assets, and product interfaces, ensuring all visuals align with the brand’s strategy and messaging. The Brand Designer collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into high-quality designs that engage audiences and strengthen brand recognition globally.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Brand Design: Develop and maintain Maropost’s brand identity through diverse design elements—including static, video, and motion graphics—that reflect our values, mission, and vision. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, digital platforms, and dynamic video content.
  • Asset Creation: Design high-quality graphics, visual assets, and video/motion content for sales and marketing campaigns. This includes producing engaging brochures, presentations, social media graphics, email templates, digital ads, and animated content that captures attention across channels.
  • Marketing Collateral: Create engaging and visually appealing marketing materials that align with our strategic goals and resonate with our target audience. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content, from static designs to dynamic video and motion productions, that drive engagement and conversions.
  • B2B Experience: Develop design solutions tailored to our B2B clients by understanding their unique needs and delivering creative work that effectively communicates our value proposition. This may include video presentations and motion-enhanced visualizations that clearly articulate complex ideas.
  • International Branding: Work on branding projects for global markets, ensuring that both static designs and dynamic video/motion assets are culturally appropriate and effectively localized for different regions.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams—including product managers, marketers, and content creators—to understand project requirements and deliver a comprehensive suite of designs. This includes static graphics as well as video and motion graphics that align with our business objectives.
  • Design Trends: Stay updated with the latest design, video, and motion production trends and industry best practices. Ensure that Maropost’s visual communications remain modern, relevant, and innovative across all mediums.

What you'll bring to Maropost:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing brand design and marketing assets.
  • Proven experience in B2B graphic design and international branding.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in AI-powered design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Figma with AI plugins) to accelerate creative ideation and visual production.
  • Awareness of AI trends in design and ability to integrate AI insights into brand strategy and visual identity development.
