Join our Brand and Communications team as an experienced marketing and communications professional
We are seeking a strategic brand and communications professional who is highly creative and can unite and inspire team members to recommend strategic opportunities, deliver impactful internal and external campaigns and drive meaningful outcomes aligned to business objectives. Bring your exceptional project management and relationship-building skills to direct cross-functional teams in delivering strategies that support FCC’s business goals. With a sharp eye for both detail and the big picture, you simplify complexity and turn ideas into action.

What you’ll do: 

  • Collaborate with internal partners across FCC to understand their business objectives and guide the communications,  brand, advertising  and creative team in delivering effective, insight-driven initiatives. 

  • Develop strategic project plans and creative briefs that inspire the team to deliver effective campaigns and initiatives. Project manage timelines and key milestones to ensure effective delivery. 

  • Apply your creativity and expertise in marketing and communications best practices, emerging trends, and strategic thinking to shape impactful initiatives.

What you’ll need: 

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications, plus a minimum of three years leading brand and communications projects (or equivalent combination of education and experience). 

  • Demonstrated experience in uncovering business challenges and collaborating on integrated marketing and communications initiatives.  

  • Experience in distilling complex information into simple, impactful communication that resonates with various audiences.  

  • Exceptional communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation. 

  • A Project Management designation or experience with project management techniques and practices is considered an asset.  

  • Advanced proficiency in both official languages (English and French) needed.
