About Us

NPX partners with nuclear utilities and new reactor projects to unlock performance through innovation. We combine decades of nuclear operation expertise with AI, digital tools, and lean processes, to help plants run safer, smarter, and more cost-effectively. Our Digital Transformation team scales this expertise through both NPX-developed and industry-leading products, delivering solutions to clients across Canada, the U.S., and globally.

The Role

As a BIM Digital Strategy Consultant, you’ll lead strategic digital transformation initiatives that modernize nuclear power plant operations, engineering, and project delivery. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders to define and implement digital engineering roadmaps guided by Building Information Modelling (BIM) principles, industry standards, and best practices. By shaping how digital tools and data are adopted, governed, and leveraged across complex organizations, you’ll help clients maximize the value of their information assets and drive groundbreaking solutions that set the standard for the industry’s digital future.

Location: Hybrid (Travel to client site as required by project needs).

Salary Range: $120-150k (Exact compensation may vary).

What You’ll Drive
  • Client-led digital transformation by partnering with nuclear utilities and project teams to shape and deliver digital engineering strategies aligned to business, operational, and regulatory needs.

  • Digital engineering roadmaps that define how BIM, data standards, and enabling technologies are adopted, governed, and scaled across engineering, operations, and project delivery.

  • Executive and stakeholder alignment through workshops, advisory sessions, and decision-making forums that turn complex digital concepts into clear, actionable direction.

  • Data and information value realization by helping clients structure, govern, and leverage engineering data to improve lifecycle decision-making and long-term asset performance.

  • Industry-first solutions that push beyond compliance to set new benchmarks for how digital engineering is applied in highly regulated nuclear environments.

  • Change adoption and capability uplift by supporting clients as they transition from legacy ways of working to modern, digitally enabled operating models.

What You Bring
  • Results & Impact: you deliver measurable outcomes and business value.

  • Leadership & Influence: you elevate team performance and create influence without being asked.

  • Adaptability & Growth: you thrive in dynamic environments and embody a growth mindset.
