We are currently seeking a Billing Specialist to carry out various tasks related to the company’s order-to-cash processes.

Main Responsibilities:

●        Send invoices and statements to customers

●        Manage questions from clients related to their products and invoices

●        Maintain client product information to ensure that billing data is current and accurate

●        Assist with monthly billing files and creation of invoices

●        Assist with Customer Collections on overdue accounts

●        Create and verify manual invoices throughout the month

●        Manage large volumes of data

●        Process customer credit card payments

●        Answer main phone line. Direct calls or respond to inquiries.

ABOUT YOU:

●        Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

●        Rigor and methodology

●        Advanced knowledge and experience using Excel including managing large data sets (formulas, pivot tables, lookups…)

●        Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability toward problem solving

●        Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills

●        Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

●        Autonomous

●        Good team player

●        Knowledge of Sage 50, Quickbooks or other accounting software

●        Bilingual (French and English)

●        Highly computer literate

Preferred: 

●        Knowledge of the automotive industry

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position. In addition to base salary, some roles are eligible for our bonus and/or equity programs, depending on level and role. Regular full-time positions are eligible for our comprehensive benefits package. If you are hired at Cars Commerce, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills and/or experience. Salary Range

$65,500.00-80,250.00
