Billing & Accounts Receivable Analyst

Reporting to the AR Invoicing Supervisor, you will play a key role within AIM’s Finance Shared Services by supporting invoicing activities and customer account management. You will ensure accurate and timely billing while handling high-volume transactions and collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders.

What you’re responsible for: 

• Process customer billing in D365 and Recy with accuracy and efficiency
• Ensure data integrity across systems and resolve billing discrepancies
• Handle high-volume transactions while meeting deadlines
• Collaborate with operations, commercial, and finance teams to support billing activities

To join our team : 

• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar role
• Experience with invoicing, billing, and customer account management
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high transaction volumes
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Bilingual (French/English)
• Experience with D365 and Recy or similar ERP systems is an asset
