Job DescriptionSOSi is seeking an experienced Billeting Coordinator to support a Facilities Maintenance and Material Support contract with our government customer at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar.
Essential Job Duties
- Manages the bulk of the site billeting requirements and perform tasks related to reservations, inventory, and control of related assets to include reconciliation and coordination of records for inbound and outbound personnel.
- Responsible for ensuring maintenance and update of the billeting portion of the customer web site.
- Plans room accommodation for conference attendees in CENTCOM facilities as well as the USAF Transient Facilities when capacity is exceeded.
- Manages Bed-Down Plans, room key control, custodial upkeep, linen supplies, and check-in/check-out procedures.
- Supervises the maintenance, supplies, renovations, and furnishings of the CFH Dorms and DVQs.
- Maintains accountability of all furnishings/equipment.
- Reports occupancy status and submits work order repair tickets.
- Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
Minimum Requirements
- Active in scope Secret clearance.
- At least five years of directly related or relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of the Air Force or Army culture, language, and expectations for mission success.

- Primarily work in an office environment, with occasional visits to accommodation sites.
- May require flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the needs of personnel, visitors, and guests.
