Description du poste : D’établir et de gérer les relations avec les clients actuels et nouveaux pour augmenter les ventes de produits Roofmart.

Responsabilités : 

  • D’établir et de gérer les relations avec les clients actuels et nouveaux pour augmenter les ventes de produits de la Société
  • De stimuler les activités commerciales et d’accroître la part de marché en apportant des solutions aux besoins des entrepreneurs, des architectes et des clients actuels et futurs
  • De définir, d’élaborer, de mettre en œuvre et de surveiller le plan de vente, y compris les stratégies, les objectifs et les priorités en matière de vente
  • De créer des plans d’action pour des objectifs de vente définis et de travailler avec nos fournisseurs pour mettre en œuvre les plans
  • D’informer les clients et les employés sur les produits; de gérer les échantillons et les stocks de produits utilisés à des fins éducatives
  • De gérer les paiements et le crédit client conjointement avec les directeurs du crédit, notamment le recouvrement, les recommandations de crédit et les ajustements aux CC dans le respect des règles

Qualifications professionnelles :

  • La connaissance du secteur des produits pour toiture, un atout
  • Un diplôme d’études collégiales (de préférence en commerce/vente/marketing) et/ou 3 ans ou plus d’expérience concluante dans le domaine de la vente
  • Un permis de conduire valide
  • D’excellentes aptitudes pour les relations interpersonnelles et la communication
  • La capacité à résoudre des problèmes et à gérer des situations difficiles
  • Être autorisé à travailler au Canada
  • Être en mesure d’effectuer des déplacements
  • Bilingue anglais et français. Raison : la clientèle est anglophone et francophone

Job Responsibilities 

  • Developing and managing relationships with existing and new customers to increase sales of Company products
  • Growing new business and expanding market share by providing solutions for the needs of current and future contractors, architects and customers
  • Defining, building, implementing and monitoring Sales Plan, including sales strategies, targets, and priorities
  • Creating action plans for defined sales targets and working with our suppliers to execute the plans
  • Educating customers and staff on products; managing customer sample & educational stock levels
  • Managing customer payments & credit in coordination with credit managers, including collections, credit recommendations, and AR adjustments within set rules

Qualifications 

  • Knowledge of the roofing industry would be considered an asset
  • College Diploma or Degree (in Business/Sales/Marketing preferred) and/or 3 or more years of successful Sales experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem solver with the ability to handle difficult situations
  • Authorized to work in Canada
  • Ability to travel
  • English and French bilingual. Reason: anglophone and francophone clientele
