As a Bilingual Quality Assurance Analyst at TELUS Health, you'll spend your days ensuring the quality and reliability of our pension and benefits tech solutions. You'll analyze requirements, design test scenarios, execute comprehensive testing procedures, and collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve issues.
Working in a agile environment, you'll contribute to the full software testing lifecycle, from initial test planning through defect resolution, while supporting the delivery of critical applications that thousands of users across North America.

What You'll Do

  • Identify high-level test scenarios and develop comprehensive test cases within Agile sprints
  • Execute manual test scripts with precision and attention to detail
  • Report defects and follow up on resolution to ensure quality standards
  • Carry out all QA-related tasks according to defined standards and procedures
  • Deliver testing activities in a timely manner while maintaining quality excellence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile ceremonies on stable, long-term projects that impact healthcare technology

 

What You Bring

  • Diploma in computer science or similar field
  • 1+ year experience and strong interest in software quality assurance
  • Fluency in French and English (written and oral)*
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities
  • Commitment to continuous learning
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
  • Good understanding of what external customers require from a testing perspective
  • Experience with automation, an asset
  • ISTQB certification, an asset

 

*Intermediate knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its provincial scope.
