Join our dynamic DC Admin Team!
We are looking for a licensed Financial Representative to join our DC pension advisory team, focusing on supporting terminated group plan members from major organizational clients. You'll guide these clients through their post-employment investment options.
The role requires strong consultative sales skills, good knowledge of Defined Contribution pension plans, and the ability to build trust while providing tailored financial guidance. The successful candidate must possess Quebec Insurance license (1a) and LLQP, with 2+ years of financial services sales experience.
This client-facing position demands excellent communication skills in both languages, strong Excel proficiency, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within the DC team structure.
Only bilingual candidates will qualify for this position.

 
What you'll do:

  • Establish relationship with terminated group plan members and review their investments and provide guidance related to their financial needs
  • Review investments and help with asset consolidation
  • Contribute to sales target and asset retention
  • Receives and responds to routine plan inquiries and requests from clients
  • Takes direction from, and supports, senior team members
  • Attends internal training sessions to build knowledge of industry topics and trends
  • Assists with special projects, as required

What you bring:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English
  • Valid and active Insurance of person license in Quebec (1a)
  • Valid and active LLQP (Life Licence Qualification Program)
  • Life Insurance and Accident & Sickness Insurance licenses, as well as an authorization to distribute segregated funds in Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador
  • 2+ years experience in sales in the financial services industry
  • Knowledge of Defined Contribution pension plans and tax legislation
  • Exceptional client service with strong professional acumen
  • Dedicated team player, who demonstrates initiative and independence
  • Advance proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook); expert proficiency in Excel
  • CEBS or PPAC an asset
