About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, the Bilingual Field Sales Account Executive will play a key role in prospecting to existing customers with the highest potential for growth. The Field Sales Account Executive will create strategies to identify and close new revenue opportunities within their designated book of accounts in our existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting or exceeding specific quotas and sales metrics by identifying and closing new business opportunities within an assigned account base.
  • Commitment to building and expanding current relationships within the existing book of business.
  • Ability to review service and other contractual agreements and advise proper resolutions if required.  
  • Developing account strategies to uncover all potential opportunities in existing accounts.
  • Understanding customer needs and decision-making process to develop and close optimum business solutions.
  • Employing Salesforce and communications platforms to capture, manage pipeline, and close business.
  • Partnering with the Customer Care teams to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Maintaining a broad knowledge of competitive markets and sales techniques.
  • Building strong customer relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Maintaining regular and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of two years of experience consistently exceeding sales quotas in recurring revenue-based services.
  • Proven ability to drive incremental revenue and sustain high levels of outbound sales activities.
  • Familiarity with prospecting databases such as D&B and ZoomInfo is a plus.
  • Experience in B2B sales or the food and beverage industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in French is required.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).

  • Enthusiastic, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Competitive and results-driven sales approach with a strong desire to succeed and excel.
