  • Deliver regular pipeline, forecast, partner activation, and expected revenue impact reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.

Experience you’ll need to have:

  • 5+ years of experience in API integrations, third-party integrations, and cloud platform architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to enable partner technical alignment.
  • 8+ years of experience in negotiating and managing partner commercial agreements, reseller contracts, and channel pricing models.
  • 7+ years of experience in partner performance management, KPI definition, scorecards, and conducting quarterly business reviews.
  • 8+ years of experience in CRM and partner relationship management systems (Salesforce, Salesforce PRM, HubSpot, or partner portals).
  • 6+ years of experience in pipeline management, sales forecasting, and revenue reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • 8+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Bilingual in French and English to support national coverage and partner engagement across Canada.
  • Demonstrated experience working remotely and independently to manage partner ecosystems across multiple provinces.
  • Direct experience with payments, POS, or merchant-facing SaaS ecosystems in Canadian markets.
  • Proven stakeholder management and executive-level presentation experience with cross-functional leadership.
  • Familiarity with payments compliance standards (e.g., PCI DSS) and channel-related regulatory considerations in Canada.

How you’ll work:

  • This role requires the use of a computer and audio equipment.

Benefits at Fiserv:
