Job Description:

   

This position is for an existing vacancy. All interested candidates are encouraged to apply.

Manages virtually (by phone, electronically or social media) a set of assigned or acquired accounts. Builds, maintains and forecasts sales pipeline, creates and develops account plans. Works closely with company outside sales, channel partners and/or end customers to move sales opportunities to closure. May generate and qualify leads to create new sales opportunities. Sets and executes sales strategy for assigned portion of account, territory or industry vertical.

Responsibilities:

  • Sells standard solutions for a portion or a set of assigned accounts based on defined account strategies and plans; may partner with field sales or sell independently

  • Creates account plan for a portion or a set of assigned accounts that are of low to medium complexity

  • May generate and qualify potential leads to be passed to the Inside Sales team.

  • Builds targeted sales pipeline.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent in IT/ Sales field

  • 1-5 years of relevant IT sales experience

  • Foundational IT industry knowledge in the province of Quebec

  • Strong hunter-selling approach.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Able to work and collaborate in a team environment

  • Foundational understanding of the company's portfolios of products and services

  • Foundational knowledge in a Customer Relationahip Management system or Saleforce system which allows businesses to manage business relationships and associated data and information.

Gère virtuellement (par téléphone, par voie électronique ou par les médias sociaux) un ensemble de comptes attribués ou acquis. Élabore, maintient et prévoit le pipeline des ventes, crée et développe des plans de compte. Travaille en étroite collaboration avec les ventes externes de l'entreprise, les partenaires de distribution et/ou les clients finaux pour faire avancer les opportunités de vente jusqu'à la clôture. Peut générer et qualifier des prospects pour créer de nouvelles opportunités de vente. Définis et exécute la stratégie de vente pour la partie attribuée du compte, du territoire ou du secteur vertical.

Responsabilités :

  • Vends des solutions standard pour une partie ou un ensemble de comptes attribués en fonction de stratégies et de plans de compte définis ; peut s'associer aux ventes sur le terrain ou vendre de manière indépendante

  • Crée un plan de compte pour une partie ou un ensemble de comptes attribués de complexité faible à moyenne

  • Peut générer et qualifier des prospects potentiels à transmettre à l'équipe de ventes internes.

  • Construis un pipeline de ventes ciblé.

Formation et expérience requises :

  • Baccalauréat ou équivalent dans le domaine de l'informatique/ventes.

  • 1 à 5 ans d'expérience pertinente en vente TI.

  • Connaissances de base du secteur informatique dans la province du Québec.

  • Forte approche de vente (chasseur).

  • Solides compétences en communication et en négociation.

  • Capacité à travailler et à collaborer dans un environnement d'équipe

  • Compréhension de base des portefeuilles de produits et services de l'entreprise

  • Connaissances de base d'un système de gestion des relations clients ou d'un système Saleforce qui permet aux entreprises de gérer les relations commerciales et les données et informations associées.

– Canada: Annual Salary CAD 57,400 - 106,800 // 57,400 - 106,800 in Ontario
This range reflects the minimum to maximum combined base and target-level sales compensation that would be paid if the hire performs at 100% of their sales plan. Of that on-target pay amount, the mix of base salary and target-level sales compensation is 60%/40%.
