We are looking for a 1st Party Collection Agent (internally referred to as Debt Recovery Account Manager), to help grow our business and contribute to our future.

Please note: This opportunity is seeking candidates who are interested and available to work at least 2 shifts per week from 11:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. The rest of the shifts will be from 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

As a Debt Recovery Account Manager, you will be focusing on reconciling accounts under 60 days delinquent as 1st party collections. Reporting to Manager, Debt Recovery, other highlights include:

  • Communicate with customers using email and phone calls.
  • Send and receive various documents to update accounts.
  • Find solutions and arrange payment(s).
  • Meet call and collection targets on a weekly basis.
  • Complete skip tracing tasks as needed.
  • Communicate with clients on updates with accounts.

What you’ll need:

  • Bilingual in French and English is required.
  • High level of communications skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Have knowledge of computer software like, Microsoft suit, soft phone applications and different CRM Systems.
  • 1-2 years of experience considered an asset but not required.
