We’re looking for a hands-on Azure DevSecOps contractor to help us strengthen and scale our cloud infrastructure. You’ll work closely with our engineering team to ensure our Azure environment remains secure, automated, and reliable as we continue to grow.
What You’ll Do- Manage and optimize Azure infrastructure (compute, storage, networking, access, monitoring)
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines with built-in security and compliance controls
- Set up and manage infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Bicep
- Oversee identity and access management (IAM), secrets management, and role-based policies
- Integrate security scanning, vulnerability management, and compliance automation into our workflow
- Support ongoing cost optimization, observability, and performance tuning
- 4+ years in DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure, with at least 2 years focused on Azure
- Strong grasp of Azure security best practices, RBAC, network security groups, Key Vault, etc.
- Proven experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar)
- Proficiency with Terraform (or Bicep/ARM) and scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Experience implementing DevSecOps pipelines (SAST, DAST, dependency scanning)
- Excellent communication and comfort working in EST hours
- Bonus: familiarity with SOC 2 or ISO 27001 compliance processes
Preferably Montreal-based (hybrid available), but open to remote contractors across Canada or nearby time zones who can collaborate effectively during Eastern hours.
