WORK YOU’LL DO

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Testing Lead with a strong background in Digital and Automation testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the quality engineering efforts, ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance in our software products. This role requires a deep understanding of quality engineering strategies, automation testing frameworks, tools, and best practices.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the testing effort, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans to enhance project outcomes.

  • Test management including estimation, planning and monitoring and control with stakeholder management

  • Lead the implementation of automation solutions using industry-standard tools and frameworks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

  • Conduct regular quality assessments and provide recommendations for enhancements

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in automation testing and quality engineering.

  • This role requires to be in the office 2-3 days a week.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 8 years of proven experience as a Testing Lead or similar role.

  • Expert proficiency in Testing Strategy Implementation is required.

  • Experience in one or more testing tools/frameworks and expertise with developing effective automation solutions.

  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Adobe Experience Cloud Platform is recommended

  • Fluent in French and English

  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
