Responsibilities: 
·         Work with the local office leaders and partners on client services
·         Responsible for leading day-to-day execution and delivery of audit and advisory activities throughout the year.
·         Supervise manager and associate level professionals and delegate engagement responsibilities.
·         Responsible for communicating and resolving audit matters that arise during the audit engagement with the support of the engagement manager.
·          Develop and maintain client relationships, thus driving client satisfaction.
·         Manage engagements to ensure high client satisfaction and appropriate firm economics.
·         Manage all aspects of client relationships and engagement delivery.
·         Cultivate and expand relationships with existing clients in order to facilitate BPM business.
·         Build a network of business contacts and establish market relationships to generate new business.
·         Develop, motivate, and mentor associates by providing training, regular feedback and career guidance while fostering a team environment.
·         Identify qualified leads for new business opportunities.
·         Lead the pursuit and close of new, independently sourced assurance opportunities.
 
Requirements: 
·         15+ years' experience in public accounting.
·         CPA license
·         BS/BA degree in Accounting or other relevant field is required. 
·         MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
·         Subject Matter Expert (SME) in audit methodology.
·         An innate passion for business development in a consulting environment, related to Assurance, with a successful track record in effectively marketing and/or selling professional services.
·         Proven ability to be a leader, effectively managing a team of professionals while also overseeing multiple projects and client deadlines.
·         Excellent oral and written communication skills.
·         Superior executive presence with ability to interact with client C-suite level and the audit committee.
·         Prior experience in core assurance services conducting audit planning, developing audit programs, performing testing, and preparing work papers is required.  
·         Knowledge of internal accounting controls, control testing, professional standards and regulations.
