Job Overview:

Our Partner Success team supports Coursera’s mission by making our content from our industry and university partners available in a flexible and affordable way for a global audience.  Within that, the Partner Enablement team is responsible for ensuring that new content and programs are launched on time, with the highest quality standards. Coursera is looking for an Associate Program Implementation Manager to assist in the launch of new content, from degrees to professional certificates to specializations, from our university and industry partners.  You will be a natural leader and fantastic communicator who thrives on solving complex problems, creating processes, and launching highly successful programs. We are looking for a proven leader with strong team-building, interpersonal, and creative instincts and the ability to navigate the fast-paced ambiguity of a startup environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure your partner’s success by managing KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and strategizing innovative methods to achieve program design and content production goals
  • Align a broad set of cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Marketing, Engineering, Business, Legal, etc.) to ensure your partners are successful - from recruiting the best applicants to building high-quality courses to providing a best-in-class student experience and ensuring on-time high high-quality program and course launches
  • Deepen the relationship with key partner stakeholders and strengthen overall partnership by driving retention, satisfaction, and other key metrics.
  • Manage the operations and implementation associated with Coursera courses, degrees, and certificate programs, resolving issues as needed to ensure an exceptional student experience
  • Support consultative pre-sales interactions with our partners in conjunction with our business development team to enable new business partnerships to thrive
  • Analyze data to build compelling business cases for resource investment, either from Coursera or our partners, to make our partners more successful

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing relationships with complex partners or clients
  • Demonstrated history in analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in project management and building sound business processes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Spanish 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; a cross-functional team leader 
  • Demonstrated passion for building products or programs that meet the needs of learners, universities, and leading industry brands
  • A passion for our mission and achieving ambitious goals to bring a high-quality educational experience to learners around the world 
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and to radiate positivity even while under pressure

Compensation:
Coursera offers competitive pay and equitable compensation practices. Our job titles may span more than one career level. This role's targeted hiring base salary range is between $73,600 and $92,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to prior work experiences, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, and geographical location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for variable pay, equity, and benefits.
