We are looking to hire a Associate Office Services Administrator/Receptionist who will primarily be supporting our Reception Desk. Working within a fast paced office with exceptional communication and organizational skills to handle inbound calls, mail and packages out of our dynamic office in Montreal.

Our Office Administrator will work closely with all the team members to support and process administrative tasks to ensure the office is running smoothly through a polished, professional and friendly manner.

If you are great at: 

• Customer Service & Communication

• Handling Reception

• Handling high-volumes of calls

• Attention to detail

If you have:

• Post-Secondary education (College or University an asset)

• 2 years of front-line Office Service experience

• Exceptional communication skills (English and French)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Team-first mentality
