What you’ll do
 

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to provide exceptional service and innovative solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the annual planning and organization of work related to pension plan administration

  • Participating in the production and verification of related tasks

  • Training and coaching your fellow team members

  • Managing and monitoring the budget

  • Boosting client satisfaction by attentively addressing their needs and promptly responding to requests from clients, members, and trustees

  • Assisting the team in executing various special projects

  • Proposing innovative methods for improving our processes

What You Bring
 

We’re looking for someone with passion, experience, and the right qualifications. Here’s what you’ll need:

  • A minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience in Defined Benefit (DB) pension administration

  • A Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, finance, administration, economics, actuarial science, or related field

  • A talent for collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and clients

  • Strong analytical thinking and keen attention to detail

  • Exceptional organizational and resourceful skills

  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills

  • Highly developed customer service abilities

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (bilingualism is an asset)

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, OneNote)
