Due to continued growth, we haven an opportunity for an Admin and Corporate Development Coordinator within our Corporate Development Team.

In this role, you will demonstrate a strong desire to learn and grow in the area of corporate development and operations. You enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment where no two days are the same. You will have a passion for creating a positive work environment, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage various administrative and project tasks.

This role will be responsible for fostering a vibrant company culture through internal communications, event planning, and, project management, as well as providing key executive support to ensure smooth operations of the business and office of the CEO.

Responsibilities:
• Be the master of time and space for the CEO and Senior Leadership. You’ll make sure they’re always in the right place at the right time, and have everything they need to succeed.
• Support internal communications by writing captivating messages, newsletters, presentations. Create compelling content that effectively conveys company updates, strategic initiatives, and important announcements.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute mind-blowing events that everyone will remember. Turn our meetings into adventures and make our town-halls unforgettable!
• Help with cool company-wide corporate development projects and initiatives that will make a difference. You’ll be involved in brainstorming, planning, and executing innovative ideas that will improve our business and enhance culture.
• Keep an eye on the big picture and the small details. You’ll monitor the office operations and make sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Create awesome reports, presentations, and other documents that will wow everyone. You’ll use your research and data skills to find the best information and present it in a clear and engaging way.

Qualifications:
• Excellent organizational skills and an ability to multi-task.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven experience in event planning and coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
• Innovative, entrepreneurial, and dynamic
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and committed
• Flexible and adaptable
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience working directly with executives, including the CEO, is an asset.
Required Education: University degree.
