Au sein de notre équipe des services d’investissement, l’associé au développement des affaires a pour mission de contribuer à l’acquisition de nouveaux clients via notre plateforme de distribution multicanal, notamment auprès des clients fortunés, des gestionnaires de patrimoine privé, des family offices, des fondations, des fonds de dotation, des caisses de retraite et des conseillers.


En tant qu'associé au développement des affaires, vous serez le premier point de contact pour présenter les stratégies d'investissement, les produits et les solutions de l'entreprise à des clients potentiels. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la croissance de notre activité en générant de nouvelles opportunités commerciales grâce à diverses méthodes de prospection. L’associé au développement des affaires recherchera de nouveaux clients ou des opportunités d’affaires supplémentaires par le biais du réseautage, du marketing, de la prospection téléphonique, des e-mails, de l'établissement de relations ou d'autres moyens visant à susciter l'intérêt de clients potentiels.

Responsabilités:

  • Effectuer des recherches, nouer des relations et développer un portefeuille d'opportunités par le biais d'une prospection active via des appels téléphoniques, des e-mails, les réseaux sociaux et d'autres moyens ;
  • Qualifier les prospects entrants et gérer les premières étapes du processus de vente ;
  • Mener des recherches afin d'identifier des prospects potentiels et des décideurs au sein des comptes ciblés ;
  • Collaborer avec les équipes des services d’investissement et du développement des affaires afin d’élaborer des documents et des présentations adaptés aux besoins, aux préoccupations et aux objectifs des clients à l’égard de nos stratégies d’investissement;
  • Organiser des réunions et des rendez-vous pour l'équipe de développement des affaires avec les prospects qualifiés ;
  • Tenir à jour des registres précis et actualisés de toutes les activités dans notre système CRM ;
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de génération de prospects ;
  • Fournir des commentaires pour aider à améliorer nos produits, services et processus ;
  • Se tenir informé des tendances du secteur et des meilleures pratiques ;
  • Participer à la réunion hebdomadaire des ventes et du développement commercial ;
  • Collaborer avec d'autres équipes si nécessaire et effectuer toute autre tâche connexe assignée par le supérieur hiérarchique direct.

Profil recherché: 


  • Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, commerce, finance ou domaine connexe.
  • Au moins 1 à 2 ans d'expérience dans le développement des affaires dans le secteur de l'assurance, de la banque ou de la finance.

The Associate, Business Development, amongst our Investment Services Team is to help capture new business across our multi-channel distribution platform, including High Net Worth, private wealth, family office, foundation, endowment, pension and the consultant channels.


As an Associate, Business Development, you will be the initial point of contact in introducing the company's investment strategies, products and solutions to potential clients. You will play a key role in driving the growth of our business by generating new business opportunities through a variety of outreach methods. The BD professional will prospect for new clients or additional business by networking, marketing, cold calling, emailing, establishing relationships or other means of generating interest from potential clients.


Main responsibilities:                                                 

  • Research, build relationships and develop a pipeline of opportunities through outbound prospecting via phone calls, emails, social media and other means;
  • Qualify inbound leads and manage the initial stages of the sales pipeline;
  • Conduct research to identify potential prospects and decision-makers within targeted accounts;
  • Work with Investment Services/Business Development team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives;
  • Set up meetings and appointments for the Senior Business Development team with qualified leads;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities in our CRM system;
  • Collaborate with the investment services and business development teams to develop documents and presentations tailored to clients’ needs, concerns, and objectives regarding our investment strategies;
  • Provide feedback to help improve our products, services, and processes;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Participate in the weekly sales and business development meeting
  • Collaborate with other teams as needed and perform any other related tasks assigned by the immediate superior.

Required profile:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline;
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business development in insurance, banking or financial industry.
