Vous êtes un courtier souhaitant vous spécialiser en immobilier corporatif, un professionnel de la vente ou un gestionnaire à la recherche d’un nouveau défi, ou encore un diplômé dans un domaine connexe prêt à lancer votre carrière ?

Ce que vous apportez 

 

  • Expérience en développement des affaires et/ou en vente : prospection téléphonique, réseautage, rencontre de présentation clients, gestion de projet, étude de marché, analyse financière, marketing et processus de mise en disponibilité ; 

  • Excellentes habiletés interpersonnelles, avec la capacité d’établir rapidement crédibilité à tous les niveaux et à maintenir des relations d’affaires complexes avec jugement, professionnalisme et maturité ; 

  • Souci du détail et maîtrise de la communication orale et écrite ; 

 

Compétences et expérience requises 

 

  • Diplôme d'études postsecondaires, un atout ; 

  • Permis de courtier immobilier commercial requis (ou en processus d'obtention) ; 

  • Maîtrise des applications Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint et Outlook) ; 

  • Expérience préalable avec les logiciels CRM ; 

  • Une expérience dans le secteur de l'immobilier commercial ou dans un secteur connexe est un atout majeur ; 

  • Une expérience préalable en évaluation immobilière ou gestion d’actifs est un atout majeur ; 

 

Ce que vous apprendrez  

 

  • Mener des activités de développement commercial en identifiant et en qualifiant les prospects et les contacts, en organisant des visites de propriétés pour les clients ; 

  • Créer des fiches de clients potentiels, consigner les suivis et échanges dans le logiciel de gestion de contacts. Tenir des historiques de correspondance dans CRM+, notre base de données nationale ; 

  • Mener des recherches d’informations sur le marché grâce à une variété d’outils ; 

  • Exécuter et assister des transactions immobilières, y compris la révision de contrats de courtage (vente / location), d’entente d’honoraires, les baux, les offres de location et les promesses d’achat ; 

  • Mener des activités de développement des affaires : identifier, suivre et qualifier des prospects, organiser des visites de propriétés pour les clients ; 

  • Effectuer des recherches et analyses de marché à l’aide de divers outils ; 

  • Participer à la préparation et à la réalisation de transactions immobilières : contrats de courtage, baux, offres et actes de vente ;

What you bring 

 

  • Experience in business development and/or sales: cold calling, networking, client presentation meetings, project management, market research, financial analysis, marketing, and listing process; 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly establish credibility at all levels and maintain complex business relationships with sound judgment, professionalism, and maturity; 

  • Attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills; 

Required Skills and Experience 

 

  • Post-secondary education is an asset; 

  • Commercial real estate broker license required (or in the process of obtaining it); 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); 

  • Previous experience with CRM software; 

  • Experience in the commercial real estate sector or a related field is a strong asset; 

  • Prior experience in real estate appraisal or asset management is a strong asset; 

 

What you will be learning 

 

  • Carry out business development activities by identifying and qualifying prospects and contacts, and organizing property tours for clients; 

  • Create prospect profiles, record follow-ups and communications in the contact management software. Maintain correspondence history in CRM+, our national database; 

  • Conduct market research using a variety of tools; 

  • Execute and assist in real estate transactions, including reviewing brokerage contracts (sale/lease), fee agreements, leases, lease offers, and purchase agreements; 

  • Conduct business development activities: identify, track, and qualify prospects, and organize property tours for clients; 

  • Perform market research and analysis using various tools; 

  • Participate in the preparation and execution of real estate transactions: brokerage contracts, leases, offers, and sales agreements;
