Ce que vous ferez :
Desservir la clientèle de notre partenaire bancaire
Attirer leur attention grâce à d'excellentes relations de service à la clientèle et de négociation
Générer des ventes en utilisant nos produits et servicesAtteindre et/ou dépasser les objectifs de vente (annuels, trimestriels, mensuels)
Recommander, sélectionner et localiser les produits appropriés en fonction des besoins spécifiques des clients
Traiter les commandes de manière efficace et précise
Offrir un service exceptionnel et un soutien pendant et après la vente
Travailler avec l'équipe de développement de produits pour aider à la vente / mise en œuvre de diverses solutions
Répondre aux questions concernant les produits et services de Global Payments
Acquérir une connaissance de la concurrence du secteur et de ses stratégies de tarification, et mettre en œuvre des accords et des modèles de tarification précis
Fournir une connaissance des produits concernant diverses solutions intégrées compatibles avec Global Payments, le cas échéant
Acquérir toutes les informations nécessaires pour finaliser la vente (états financiers, informations bancaires, relevé de compte du fournisseur existant, etc.)
Entrer des prospects et les diverses opportunités d’affaires dans Salesforce
Assurer la liaison et faire le suivi avec le département de crédit et les autres divisions de Global Payments (internes et externes) afin de faciliter la conclusion du contrat avec le commerçant
Organiser des visites sur site à la demande du commerçant (également en cas d'échec de l'identification électronique)
Salaire de base entre 50,000 et 55 000 $ + commissions non plafonnées. + avantages sociaux
Ce que nous recherchons :
Diplôme post-secondaire en administration des affaires, ventes, marketing, ou domaine connexe.
2-3 ans d’expérience en télévente, vente B2B, ou dans un rôle similaire
Bilinguisme (français/anglais)
Compétences exceptionnelles en vente par téléphone
Excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation, avec une aptitude démontrée à discuter avec des cadres supérieurs
Qualités interpersonnelles exceptionnelles
Une gestion efficace du temps et des compétences organisationnelles sont indispensables
Capacité à comprendre et à mettre en œuvre des stratégies de tarification complexes
Approche de vente consultative requise
Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à travailler de façon autonome
Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et stimulant
Dynamisme, flexibilité et à l'aise à s'adapter aux changements rapides
Une personne très organisée et concentrée qui excelle dans la vente relationnelle

Responsible for selling merchant services offerings to businesses. Activities include pricing, customer segmentation, customer presentations, account sign-up and activation, and account management. Answers inbound customer calls regarding product and service information, and identifies upselling opportunities from such calls. Accepts orders, closes sales, maintains customer records, and completes required documentation.
What Part Will You Play?- Manages a portfolio of clients for the company, typically with an annual net revenue value of $425,000 or more. Identifies revenue opportunities within assigned territories through communications to prospective clients, marketing programs and other activities as needed. Telephones prospects to identify appropriate contacts, qualifies and drives leads through the sales pipeline. Ensures suspect identification, planning, account qualification, and needs analysis at all prospect levels. Responds to customer requests for information and gives online presentations. Identifies and closes additional product and/or service sales with existing clients to further develop the client relationship. Manages client relationships and expectations during the sales cycle. Assists management by coaching and mentoring less experienced sales reps to build and/or improve knowledge of the company's product/service portfolio within the team and achieve stated revenue goals.
- Maintains existing/prospective client records, in accordance with company policies, to include call notes, scheduled client interactions, contact information, and other relevant client information, in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; currently SalesForce.com. Keeps management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports.
- Remains knowledgeable and up-to-date on current product/service portfolio as well as changes and developments within the payments industry.
- Base salary between $50,000 - $55,000 with uncapped monthly commissions + benefits
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Typically Minimum 2+ Years Relevant Exp
- Bilingualism FR and EN
Preferred Qualifications

- B2B sales experience, cold calling sales experience, demonstrated successful performance in previous sales job
- Skills / Knowledge - As a highly skilled specialist, contributes to the development of concepts and techniques. Completes complex tasks in creative and effective ways. Ensures tasks of team are competed in a timely manner.
- Job Complexity - Consistently works on complex assignments requiring some independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issues. Makes recommendations for new procedures. Oversees a team and coordinates daily work covering multiple assignments.
- Supervision - Determine methods and procedures on new assignments with some independence. Often acts as a facilitator for group. Is formal team leader.
- Industry Knowledge - Expert knowledge of the merchant payment industry
- Decision Maker - Advanced ability to be an effective problem solver and act quickly to resolve issues
- Communication - Effective listener and communicator who is able to establish long lasting customer relationships
