ABOUT THE TEAM
The Creative Design team is a diverse team of creative and strategic thinkers who strive to innovate practical and fashionable product. This passionate team is detail-oriented, and solution focused. They are strong communicators who value and develop their cross functional relationships. This is a team of high performers who are constantly striving to develop personally and professionally, practicing open feedback in a trusting space. This team knows how to bring fun into their everyday, prioritising team connection & creative sessions together.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
The Assistant Designer supports the team in creating products leading in innovation, design, function, fit and quality. You are mentored by a Senior Designer and a team of experienced designers. You will be the Designer’s right-hand person to support with day-to-day tasks: which includes the following:
- Initiate product development packets
- Update tech packs to reflect silo/construction changes throughout the product lifecycle
- Loading items into CBX
- Preparing packages for overseas counterparts
- Manage and maintain showroom samples and organization
- Prep showroom for sales meetings
QUALIFICATIONS
- 0-2 years minimum industry experience is required
- AA, BA, in Design required
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Excel, Word, Mac platform
- An understanding in 3D design would be a benefit
