Assists ophthalmic surgeons in the operating room by sterilizing instruments, preparing surgical tools, coordinating patient flow, supporting patients before and after procedures, and explaining postoperative eye-drop schedules. The role requires precise data handling, empathy, strong communication, comfort standing during surgery, computer proficiency, French and intermediate-to-advanced English, and availability Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Vos tâches en un coup d’œil
- Vous stérilisez les instruments et mettez en place les outils nécessaires.
- Vous rassurez les patients avant et après leur intervention, et veillez à ce qu'ils se sentent à l'aise en faisant preuve d'empathie.
- Vous expliquez clairement aux patients l'horaire des médicaments postopératoires (gouttes pour les yeux).
- Vous coordonnez le flux des patients qui entrent et sortent de la salle d'opération.
- Vous êtes à l’aise de travailler en position debout dans la salle d’opération.
- Vous avez le souci du détail et pouvez saisir et examiner des données avec précision et exactitude.

- Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques, la technologie et Microsoft 365 (la connaissance des systèmes de DME est un atout).
- Votre expérience dans le domaine de la santé est considérée comme un atout (assistant en optométrie, préposé aux bénéficiaires, infirmier auxiliaire, assistant dentaire, technicien de laboratoire en pharmacie, préposé à la stérilisation, technicien en santé animale, préposé en retraitement de dispositifs médicaux, etc.).
- Vous avez d'excellentes aptitudes en communication, vous parlez français et maîtrisez l'anglais de niveau intermédiaire avancé en raison de la nature des tâches ou d'interactions avec nos patients anglophones.
- Horaire: Vous êtes disponible pour travailler du lundi au vendredi à partir de 7h00 à 17h00.
