Coveo is looking for an Assistant Controller to support the company’s financial consolidation and ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant accounting processes. In a multi-entity and multi-currency context, you’ll be at the heart of our month-end close and contribute directly to the reliability of our financial reporting.

As our Assistant Controller, you will:- Actively participate in the month-end close process, results analysis, and preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Execute financial consolidation, including intercompany eliminations and reconciliation of consolidated statements.
- Analyze financial variances, provide recommendations to leadership, and support audits for your assigned areas.
- Optimize and automate accounting processes to improve both efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate on day-to-day equity compensation management and contribute to group liquidity oversight.
- Support the Corporate Controller on various cross-functional projects.
- A relevant diploma (AEC, DEP, or DEC in accounting).
- Hands-on experience in financial consolidation and month-end close.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and autonomy.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and comfort with ERP systems and multi-currency accounting.
- A strong interest in continuous improvement of accounting processes.
- Experience in a high-growth or fast-evolving environment.
- Functional bilingualism (advanced French, intermediate written English) to collaborate with our international teams.
- A proactive mindset, collaborative approach, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
