  • Lire, interpréter et exécuter des dessins, des plans et des schémas de spécification techniques propres au génie mécanique, électrique, hydraulique et pneumatique;
  • Être capable d'ajuster et utiliser des outils à main ou des machines-outils classiques pour adapter ou assembler les pièces afin qu'elles forment un assemblage;
  • Connaître les méthodes d’assemblage, d’ancrage, de mise à niveau, d’ajustement et etc
  • Être en mesure de vérifier la qualité des produits assemblé

Description de la tâche 

  • Faire la lecture des plans et des procédures d’assemblage des composantes mécaniques;
  • Faire le montage et démontage des sous-ensemble mécanique, hydraulique et pneumatique.
  • Faire l’analyse de problématique mécanique.
  • Faire l’auto-contrôle de son travail.

Compétences génériques

  • DEC ou AEC en génie mécanique ou en maintenance industrielle ou DEP en électromécanique ou en montage mécanique ou aérospatiale.
  • Capacité à résoudre des problèmes et bon sens logique;
  • Capacité à suivre des directives;
  • Bonne capacité d'apprentissage;
  • Capacité à appliquer les normes de santé et sécurité au travail.

Salaire de départ de 32.45$ avec progression possible jusqu'à 38.18$

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION 

  • Read, interpret and execute technical specification drawings, blueprints and schematics specific to mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic engineering;
  • Be able to fit and use hand tools or conventional machine tools to fit or assemble parts to form an assembly;
  • Know the methods of assembly, anchoring, leveling, adjusting, etc;
  • Be able to verify the quality of assembled products.

Description of the task 

  • Read the plans and procedures for the assembly of mechanical components;
  • Assemble and disassemble mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic sub-assemblies.
  • Analyze mechanical problems.
  • Perform self-monitoring of work.

Generic skills

  • DEC or AEC in mechanical engineering or industrial maintenance or DEP in electromechanics or mechanical assembly.
  • Ability to solve problems and have a good sense of logic;
  • Ability to follow instructions;
  • Ability to follow instructions;
  • Good learning skills;

Starting salary of $32.45 with possible progression to $38.18
