Cette équipe en expansion constante est formée d’une quinzaine de jeunes professionnels et de techniciens, à la fois dynamiques et expérimentés, et offre un volume de travail varié. Celle-ci vous propose des défis stimulants axés sur l’évaluation immobilière, l’analyse des tendances du marché, la recherche ainsi que la création et le développement d’outils novateurs. La qualité du travail de rédaction, l’autonomie, la débrouillardise, la motivation, le travail d’équipe et les relations interpersonnelles sont des atouts importants.

Responsabilités principales:

  • Préparer des rapports d’évaluation et des études diverses avec recommandations de développement.
  • Développer une expertise approfondie en lien avec les spécialités de l’équipe.
  • Participer à des événements de réseautage pour développer des relations internes et externes.
  • Mettre à jour les connaissances sur le marché immobilier et les tendances de l'industrie.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour optimiser les projets.
  • Rédiger des rapports d’expertise, des études d’impact, et des études économiques.
  • Contribuer au développement d’outils novateurs et de listes de prix de vente.
  • Effectuer des évaluations d’immeubles à redévelopper et des analyses d’utilisation optimale.
  • Assurer un suivi rigoureux des projets de copropriété et des études de marché résidentielles.

Compétences principales:

  • Diplôme universitaire, technique en évaluation ou équivalent en termes d’expérience
  • Expérience dans le domaine de l’évaluation ou de l'immobilier est un atout
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office, avec en plus une connaissance des outils de recherche tels le Registre foncier du Québec, Collette-Plante et associés, Centris, JLR, Infolot, etc.
  • Capacité de rédaction/oral en français et en anglais obligatoire.
  • Aptitudes en planification et organisation.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et de façon autonome.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et présentation orale.
  • Enthousiasme, proactivité, et intégrité professionnelle.
