Vos responsabilités

• Participer à la planification, l’exécution et la vérification des travaux relatifs à l’administration des régimes de retraite
• Calculer et vérifier diverses prestations conformément aux règlements et aux lois en vigueur
• Analyser et interpréter les règles des régimes de retraite et les lois applicables
• Contribuer à la production et la vérification des relevés annuels
• Soutenir l’équipe dans la réalisation des différents mandats et projets spéciaux
• Accroître la satisfaction des clients en écoutant leurs besoins et en répondant à leurs diverses demandes ainsi qu’à celles des participants et des fiduciaires
• Proposer des améliorations à nos différents processus

Qualifications recherchées

• Un minimum de 2 ans d’expérience pertinente
• Baccalauréat en mathématiques, finance, administration, économie, actuariat ou tout autre formation jugée adéquate
• Esprit d’équipe hors du commun
• Pensée analytique bien aiguisée et avoir le souci du détail
• Sens de l’organisation et de débrouillardise
• Aptitudes de communication et de collaboration
• Bonnes habiletés en matière de service à la clientèle
• Bonne maîtrise du français à l’oral et à l’écrit, être bilingue serait un atout
• Bonne connaissance de Microsoft Excel
