Le Analyste principal en intelligence d'affaires Données Commerciales, relève du Responsable de la Qualité et de la Gouvernance des Données Commerciales et agit en tant que partenaire commercial senior auprès de l'organisation McKesson Canada Data & Analytics Hub. Responsabilités spécifiques

  • Être un expert en langage de programmation BI (SQL, R, Python, DAX) pour soutenir l'ensemble de l'organisation Marketing et Opérations Commerciales, y compris l'équipe interne.
  • Travailler avec les analystes BI et d'autres parties prenantes pour rassembler les besoins en données afin de développer un modèle de données compréhensible.
  • Développer et maintenir plusieurs modèles de données, flux de données et ensembles de données pour l'équipe interne conformément aux directives et politiques de gouvernance.
  • Définir le processus, les normes et les lignes directrices pour plusieurs modèles de données, flux de données et ensembles de données pour l'équipe interne.
  • Participer au Modèle Opérationnel de Gouvernance des Données de l'Entreprise en tant que Data Steward pour documenter tous les éléments de données critiques.

  • Expérience pratique avec Power BI.

  • Forte attention aux détails.

Job Summary
The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, Commercial Data reports to the Manager, Commercial Data Quality & Governance and acts as a senior business partner to the McKesson Canada Data & Analytics Hub organization to ensure the Commercial Intelligence team has advanced analytics and insights pertaining to the business and customer performance, the competitive landscape, industry trends and financial planning. This role represents the Spoke in interactions with the Canada Data & Analytics Hub and drives the data integration, data modelling and data quality within the team.

Specific Responsibilities
A subject matter expert in BI programming language (SQL, R, Phyton, DAX) that will support the entire Marketing & Commercial Operations organization, including internal team
Work with BI Analysts and other stakeholders to gather the data needs to further develop a comprehensible data model
Develops and maintains multiple data models, data flows and data sets for internal team in accordance with governance guidelines and policies
Defines the process, standards, and guidelines for multiple data models, data flows and data sets for internal team
Participates in the Enterprise Data Governance Operating Model as a Data Steward to document all critical data elements
Acts as the primary point of contact between the Spoke and Canada Data & Analytics Hub
Support with consolidating and prioritizing requests submitted to Canada Data & Analytics Hub from the Spoke
Act as a functional data domain expert to contribute to and advise on Data & Analytics decisions and initiatives
Provides input into the enterprise data strategy and shape any business unit specific data strategies
Support Data & Analytics initiatives by validating data sources, calculations, and outputs
Disseminate information and communications between the Canada Data & Analytics Hub and the Spoke

Position Requirements
University degree in relevant discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in Data and Analytics space in different capacities
Good knowledge of SQL (CTE’s, window functions and joins), Python, R and DAX
Knowledge and experience with Snowflake, SQL Server, CRM (Salesforce) and SAP
ETL / Data Warehousing understanding
Hands on experience with Power BI
Advanced knowledge of the MS Office products (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong attention to detail
High sense of urgency with ability to multi-task, work proactively and independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with organization and autonomy
Ability to collaborate with various levels of management and employees
Experience with data quality tools is an asset
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to champion change at all levels
Ability to travel when needed

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$85,400 - $142,400
