Responsabilités
Participer à l’analyse fonctionnelle et technique des demandes d’évolution et des besoins opérationnels;
Collaborer à la priorisation et à la planification des travaux avec le Product Owner et les membres de l’équipe;
Contribuer à la résolution d’incidents et au soutien des opérations courantes;
Rédiger ou bonifier la documentation fonctionnelle et technique;
Concevoir et exécuter des scénarios d’essais fonctionnels;
Assurer la qualité des livrables et le respect des exigences d’affaires;
Participer activement aux cérémonies agiles (daily, sprint planning, revue, rétrospective).
Qualifications
Maitrise des produits GW Cloud y compris les certifications GW requises pour bien jouer le rôle (Certification GW Associate);
Bonnes connaissances des plateformes Policy Center, Claims center ou Billing Center;
Aptitude à recueillir et analyser les besoins des utilisateurs pour définir les spécifications fonctionnelles;
Aptitude à travailler en étroite collaboration avec les parties prenantes pour comprendre les besoins (vue d’ensemble et arrimage);
Aptitude à interagir (synergie) avec les utilisateurs et les équipes techniques;
Aptitude à analyser des problèmes complexes et à proposer des solutions efficaces;
Aptitude à documenter au bon niveau de façon claire et précise selon les normes établies;
Bonne connaissance du domaine de l’assurance de dommage.
