Qualifications

• Maitrise des produits GW Cloud y compris les certifications GW requises pour bien jouer le rôle (Certification GW Associate);

• Bonnes connaissances des plateformes Policy Center, Claims center ou Billing Center;

• Aptitude à recueillir et analyser les besoins des utilisateurs pour définir les spécifications fonctionnelles;

• Aptitude à travailler en étroite collaboration avec les parties prenantes pour comprendre les besoins (vue d’ensemble et arrimage);

• Aptitude à interagir (synergie) avec les utilisateurs et les équipes techniques;

• Aptitude à analyser des problèmes complexes et à proposer des solutions efficaces;

• Aptitude à documenter au bon niveau de façon claire et précise selon les normes établies;

• Bonne connaissance du domaine de l’assurance de dommage.
