JLL recherche un(e) Analyste de Portefeuille pour renforcer son équipe dynamique. Rattaché(e) directement à la Directrice Gestion d'Actifs, vous piloterez des missions clés : l'élaboration de rapports stratégiques et la gestion des relations clients. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de location et d'analyse de la performance financière, devenant ainsi un acteur essentiel du succès de nos opérations en Gestion Immobilière et d'Actifs.
CE QUE VOUS FEREZ
Contribuer à l'élaboration des documents stratégiques annuels en assurant leur exactitude et leur clarté
Participer à la production de documents sur l'assortiment commercial
Développer des analyses de performance (KPI) et préparer les rapports mensuels/trimestriels pour les clients et la direction.
Contribuer à l'optimisation des processus de location, d'opérations et d'approbation client
Rechercher et compiler les données financières des locataires et les informations de marché pour les rapports trimestriels
Gérer l'organisation du Comité de Gestion client (préparation de l'ordre du jour, soumission des documents, procès-verbaux et suivi)
Vérifier régulièrement l'application des processus de gouvernance client
Assurer la maintenance et l'exactitude des bases de données et des registres du portefeuille
Participer à la gestion de la relation client, incluant le suivi des indicateurs de performance et les plans de communication
Piloter le processus d'évaluation des actifs en coordonnant la transmission des informations et en analysant les rapports
Participer aux processus de diligence raisonnable lors des cessions d'actifs
Contribuer à des projets spéciaux et d'amélioration continue.
Réaliser des analyses ad hoc selon les besoins
CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS
Diplôme universitaire en administration des affaires ou équivalent
Minimum de 2 à 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle d'analyse financier, idéalement appliquée à la Gestion d'Actifs ou à la Location immobilière
Connaissance avancée de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI/Query). La connaissance d'Argus est un atout
Solides compétences analytiques et capacité à synthétiser des informations complexes, avec une grande rigueur et une attention particulière aux détails
Forte capacité à résoudre les problèmes, à innover et à proposer des améliorations pour optimiser les processus existants
Expérience en actifs commerciaux et de détail, un atout
Excellentes qualités de communication et d'organisation, ainsi qu'une grande aisance relationnelle
Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et proactive, tout en respectant les échéanciers dans un environnement dynamique
Capacité à travailler à un rythme rapide et de manière collaborative

JLL is seeking a Portfolio Analyst who will work closely with the Director, Asset Management on managing strategic reporting and responsibilities related to managing the relationship with JLL Property and Asset Management Clients. Reporting to the Director, Asset Management, they will work closely with members of the Leasing and Financial Performance and Analysis teams.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Support creation of annual Strategy documents for all properties in the portfolio ensuring accuracy and clarity
Support creation of merchandise mix documents
Develop insights based on monthly/quarterly operational KPIs and reporting for client and business leaders
Support review and enhancement of processes, related to leasing, operations and client approvals
Research and aggregate information on tenant financials and market intel for quarterly reporting
Responsible for organization and minute taking of client mandated Management Committee; responsibilities include collecting, reviewing and approving topics to be covered; Submitting documents to client; tracking of approvals; submitting minutes to client for approval
Time-to-time reviewing processes covered by governance guidelines from client to ensure, all processes are being implemented correctly
Maintain detailed records and databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
Support creation and execution of documentation related to managing relations with client, including tracking of initiatives related to Incentive Fee performance, development of communications plans
Manage the appraisal process by providing and coordinating the delivery of all necessary information to the appraiser and reviewing valuations
Assist in the due diligence process for disposition of properties
Participate in special projects, and take on other duties, as needed
Assist in continuous improvement projects as needed
Ad hoc analysis on an as-needed basis
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
University degree in business administration or equivalent
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in an analytical role in Financial Reporting and Analysis, Asset Management or within Leasing
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel; PowerPoint; Power BI/Query). Knowledge of Argus is a plus
Strong analytical skills, ability to synthesize various data points and sources and attention to detail is essential for this role
Strategic, innovative, problem-solving, challenge the status-quo and recommend improvements
Commercial and retail asset experience, a plus
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and deadline-driven
Ability to work at a fast pace and cooperatively with people
Teamwork and collaboration and flexibility within the company is essential
High energy with a positive attitude
Bilingualism* (English-French) spoken and written
Ability to travel occasionally
Oral and/or written interactions with internal and external partners based outside Quebec (for example, service providers, law firms, peers, bankers, brokerage firms, credit analysis firms, credit agencies, etc.) and out of Québec customers.
