Description du poste
Nous sommes à la recherche d’un analyste d’affaires senior afin de prendre en charge, conjointement avec un analyste TI, la rédaction de dossiers d’affaires et de participer à la phase d'exécution. Ce portefeuille joue un rôle de partenaire transversal afin d'agir comme gardien de la performance financière et s'assure que l'entreprise est conforme en matière d'obligation financière tout en étant un catalyseur permettant à l'organisation de se baser sur des informations financières fiables et pertinentes.
Responsabilités
L'analyste d’affaires est responsable, en collaboration avec les parties prenantes et les architectes affaires et TI, de la réalisation du dossier, notamment:
Clarifier le contexte lié au besoin (parties prenantes, compréhension du problème, etc.);
Collecter les informations pertinentes afin de pouvoir définir la situation actuelle;
Confirmer les besoins d’affaires;
Confirmer les exigences;
Élaborer des scénarios de solution;
Recommander une solution;
Collaborer avec l'architecte responsable à des cadrages des domaines financiers;
Contribuer dans des dossiers d'affaires stratégique sur les échanges monétaires;
Identifier les composants de la solution (incluant produit minimum viable);
Documenter et modéliser les processus d'affaires;
Estimer les coûts et efforts requis;
Identifier les risques de réalisations;
Établir un plan de mise en œuvre;
Identifier la stratégie de gestion du changement à haut niveau en collaboration avec l'équipe de gestion du changement;
Analyser et documenter les processus d'affaires;
Coordonner les requis du processus d'approvisionnement;
Participer à la phase exécution ( prise en charge du carnet de produit).
Qualifications
Détenir un diplôme d’études universitaires ou l’équivalent;
Posséder plusieurs années d’expérience pertinente, dont 3 ans en avant-projet (Dossiers d'affaires, dossiers d'opportunités);
Être capable d'évoluer de façon autonome dans un environnement complexe et en pleine mouvance;
Avoir déjà participé activement à des travaux d’envergure;
Certification de l’IIBA (un atout);
Certification SAFe (un atout).
