Préparer et enregistrer les écritures comptables, concilier comptes et banques, gérer trésorerie, participer aux états financiers et budgets, préparer déclarations TPS/TVQ, soutenir audits et réaliser analyses financières pour un contrat d’un an.
LSN est présentement en recherche d'un Analyste comptable pour un contrant d'un (1) an. L’analyste comptable a pour mandat de préparer les états financiers mensuels et autres analyses financières, le maintien des procédures et contrôles comptables et d’assister la directrice des finances dans les diverses tâches comptables.
Tâches
et responsabilités essentielles
• Préparer et enregistrer les écritures comptables;
• Concilier les comptes de bilan;
• Effectuer la conciliation bancaire
• Faire la gestion et la prévision des flux de trésoreries;
• Participer à la préparation des états financiers mensuels, trimestriels et annuels;
• Analyser et expliquer les écarts des résultats réels versus budgétés;
• Préparer les déclarations de taxes TPS/TVQ
• Suivi des dépenses en capital;
• Comptabiliser les opérations liées aux immobilisations;
• Collaborer aux audits du gouvernement et auditeurs externes;
• Réaliser des analyses financières diverses;
• Prendre part à la préparation du budget annuel et des budgets révisés;
• Toutes autres tâches connexes.
Formation et compétences requises
Éducation et expérience de travail :
• 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire;
• Expérience dans un environnement de production;
• Diplôme d’études universitaires en administration des affaires ou en finance – un atout;
• Titre CPA (obtenu ou en cours) – un atout.
Connaissances, compétences et aptitudes :
• Bonne maîtrise d’Excel;
• Sens poussé de l’organisation;
• Capacité à synthétiser l’information;
• Bilinguisme anglais-français en raison des communications avec le siège social qui se trouve aux États-Unis.
• Connaissance de l’environnement JDE – un atout.
