You will collect, analyze, and interpret customer data from multiple sources, developing dashboards, reports, and presentations to monitor customer health, service adoption, transaction performance, and operational metrics. You will identify trends, risks, and opportunities, supporting decision-making, root cause analysis, and performance improvement initiatives.
In addition to supporting the broader TAM team, you will manage a portfolio of selected customer accounts, building relationships with key stakeholders and serving as a point of contact for performance-related discussions. You will help customers understand their performance, address operational challenges, and maximize the value of our solutions.
You will work closely with Product, Operations, Engineering, Sales, CIS, Authorization, and Market Delivery teams to resolve issues, support strategic initiatives, and deliver meaningful insights that drive customer success and business growth. Through reporting automation, data quality improvements, and effective communication of analytics, you will contribute to continuous improvement across the organization.
