Do you want to see your analytical contributions translate into concrete results for the organization? Join our Analysis and Business Solutions team and play a key role in improving organizational performance across distribution, underwriting and claims by helping optimize our processes and improving cost management in P&C insurance. As a senior P&C insurance data valorization advisor, you’ll act as a trusted expert in advanced analytics. Our team leads projects that include developing dashboards to monitor average claim costs and applying diagnostic analytics to phone calls made to the Client Relations Centre. More specifically, you will be required to:
Advise partners on business needs and propose analytical approaches.
Conduct rigorous assessments of operational issues.
Identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations.
Define the best strategy for operationalizing solutions and roll them out in collaboration with partners.
Support team members in their technical and professional development.

What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of six years of relevant experience in data valorization, analysis and visualization
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Knowledge of French is required
Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
Proficiency in a programming language such as SQL, SAS, Python, R
Proficiency in data manipulation, visualization and interpretation techniques
Knowledge of Power BI, Dax, Power Query or other visualization software
Knowledge of P&C insurance
