The Cross-Sector Data Business Solutions Department is responsible for developing and updating the unique identification service for members and clients. As a data solutions analyst, your role is to analyze the organization's context and business needs. You formally set out business objectives and determine their value to the organization. You help identify, assess and recommend business solutions, and clarify their scope. You analyze the impacts of solutions on the organization, and ensure they’re integrated, from needs assessment to rollout, in collaboration with business and IT specialists. You’re also the go-to person for member/data solutions, and you’ll be asked to share your professional expertise and liaise with other members of your team. More specifically, you will be required to:
Serve as an advisory specialist to co-create data valorization solutions with users, while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Analyze impacts with stakeholders, and identify prerequisites and internal dependencies.
Make sure the solution is developed with a cross-sector vision and includes end-to-end requirement traceability in a data analysis and matching environment.
Target, prepare, describe, interpret and validate data needed for analyses, and make the appropriate recommendations.
Identify opportunities to optimize work methods and processes, anticipate the underlying impacts of changes, and contribute to the documentation and presentation of these improvements to various audiences.
Detect data confidentiality and security issues, and support the implementation of data quality and compliance processes and tests.
Cocreate with business partners to define needs and manage backlogs.
Work with the product owner and project team to define functional specifications and exceptions.
Advise and guide the development team and product owner by recommending different functional alternatives aligned with the architecture.

What you bring to the table
Bachelor’s degree in business intelligence, information technology or another related field
At least six years of relevant experience in requirements gathering and functional writing (writing algorithms and functional batch scenarios)
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Experience in developing UML diagrams
Experience in writing and executing SQL queries
Knowledge of French is required
Intermediate knowledge of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
Proficiency in written and oral communication techniques
Knowledge of database management
Knowledge of EBX software
Knowledge of the master data management (MDM) framework
Knowledge of data visualization manipulation tools (like Power BI)
Knowledge of the agile approach
Knowledge of the Atlassian
