POSITION OVERVIEW
The Analyst, Applications is responsible for the proper management of incidents/requests related to a complex application integrated with various related systems. This person is committed to offering quality service to users in different sectors of activity – Financing, Consulting and Growth and Transition Capital. This person makes an initial diagnosis of the problem, provides solutions to users and documents the resolution in accordance with established standards and methods.
CHALLENGES TO BE MET
Provide telephone and web-based support to users for a wide range of incidents/queries related to a complex application and integrated with various related systems.
Diagnose, manage and resolve first-level issues, follow up on applications and inform the applicant of the status; Establish a documentation system.
Prioritize and respond to incidents/requests according to established standards and procedures.
Quickly identify and raise production issues, if any.
Participate in the simplification and improvement of application-related work methods by analyzing needs and recommending improvements to the team.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of service levels; Provide feedback to the Application Support team to resolve recurring issues.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor's degree in Administration or equivalent
Easily learn how new software works
Knowledge of CLICS (an asset)
Experience in system analysis is an asset
Great ability to interact with people
Problem-solving skills
Initiative and creativity
Excellent analytical skills and excellent oral and written communication skills in both official languages (English and French)
