About the role

Your role is to help drive this new era of sales. You’ll work on real opportunities, help companies understand the value of AI agents, and actively shape how we bring our product to market.

📍 Montreal, Canada (Hybrid — Downtown office)
⏳ Part-time (20 hours/week)
📅 Start Date: May 2026
💰 ~$20/hour CAD

What you'll do

  • Work on active sales opportunities (inbound + outbound)
  • Run demos and participate in client conversations
  • Identify new opportunities (Canada and international)
  • Support proposals and respond to RFPs
  • Translate complex AI concepts into clear, compelling narratives
  • Build partnerships (universities, ecosystems, etc.)
  • Build lightweight prototypes (no-code / AI tools) to demonstrate use cases and support sales conversations

What we're looking for

  • Strong interest in sales, business development, or entrepreneurship
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — takes ownership and creates opportunities
  • Ability to understand and simplify technical / AI concepts for business audiences
  • Strong communication & storytelling skills (English & French)
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and taking initiative
  • Bias toward action — ability to execute quickly
  • Excitement about AI and the future of work
  • AI / Technical Profile
  • Familiarity with the AI ecosystem (e.g. Claude, OpenAI, etc.) and ability to speak confidently about it with prospects
  • Experience with “vibe coding” — using AI tools (prompting, no-code / low-code, agents) to build quickly
  • Not expected to be a traditional developer, but must be conversant in how AI agents and tools work
  • Ability to build quick prototypes to illustrate use cases and value in sales conversations
