We’re seeking someone to join our Cloud and Platform Security team as an AI Enablement Engineering Tech Lead to define technical direction, lead engineering teams, and partner closely with security, product, and platform stakeholders to build secure, reliable, and scalable data platforms and workflows. This role sits at the intersection of security, data, and software engineering, translating complex business and security challenges into scalable, well-architected data and AI solutions.

In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Cybersecurity Engineering Manager position at Vice President level, which is part of the job family responsible for providing specialist cyber expertise and creating solutions that protect the organization's systems and networks against actual and potential security threats and vulnerabilities.

What you’ll do in the role:

  • Define and execute the technical strategy and roadmap for cloud and platform security engineering.

  • Architect scalable, end-to-end security data platforms supporting telemetry, risk analytics, compliance, and vulnerability management.

  • Establish engineering standards, secure-by-design principles, and best practices for data and platform security.

  • Translate complex, ambiguous security and business challenges into actionable, scalable technical solutions.

  • Lead solution architecture design, including threat modeling and alignment with enterprise security and regulatory requirements.

  • Oversee development and operation of cloud-based platforms processing high-volume security data (logs, alerts, audit trails).

  • Ensure platform reliability through strong data quality, observability, governance, and performance management (SLA/SLO/KPI-driven).

  • Drive automation of security controls, monitoring, and incident response processes.

  • Lead and develop engineering teams while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver secure, high-impact outcomes.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or platform engineering.

  • At least 2 years of experience in a technical leadership role.

  • Proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous business and security challenges through scalable technical solutions.

  • Experience designing and delivering data products that provide actionable insights and measurable business value.

  • Deep expertise building and operating large-scale data and/or AI engineering solutions.

  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles, distributed systems, and data architecture.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.

All our positions are located in Montreal, Quebec. We offer a hybrid work environment, combining remote work and attendance in the office.

Knowledge of French and English is required.
