As an AI Associate Product Manager Intern, you'll prototype, validate using no-code tools, collaborate widely, and support product improvements through user feedback and client storytelling.
About Ampliwork, Inc
Ampliwork builds Enterprise-Grade AI Agents that amplify Human Potential™ to drive
business productivity and growth since 2017. Ampliwork’s AI Agents streamline complex
multi-step workflows in highly regulated industries such as Financial Services.
The Mission
- Our AI agents power real customer workflows. Your job: turn fuzzy problems into shipped improvements. You’ll prototype quickly, pressure-test ideas with users, and help bring features to market: working across Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing to make our agents smarter and more useful.
What you'll do
- Prototype and validate: Build scrappy prototypes (no-code/low-code, light scripting, or Figma) to test ideas fast. Get feedback. Iterate.
- Own outcomes, not tasks: Break big problems into small experiments, make tradeoffs, and keep work moving. You’re the person who gets stuff done.
- Learn fast (and visibly): Try things, measure what matters, and be okay failing when we learn something useful.
- Client-facing storytelling: Help craft demos, run discovery calls, and present progress to customers and stakeholders.
- Partner with Product Marketing: Co-create launch messaging, one-pagers, and demo narratives; translate product changes into clear value.
- Write & align: Draft crisp PRDs/briefs, maintain a lightweight roadmap, and keep Design/Eng in lockstep.
What we're looking for

- Clear writing and strong presentation skills.
- Curiosity about AI agents and how people actually use them.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience prototyping (Figma, Framer, Retool, small scripts, etc.).
- Exposure to product discovery/interviews or running simple experiments.
- Collaboration with Product Marketing, sales, or customer success.
